I have been coming to this egg bistro faithfully over the last 4 years. I have never had a negative experience, every time I come I get an amazing server, fresh hot food and carefully made drinks. My server today was AMAZING!!! Her name is Avery and she deserves employee of the month, a raise, something! Always smiling and kind, thoughtful and spot on with her recommendations. We will definitely be back

The Egg Bistro at Haygood never disappoints for brunch! Jay provided excellent service, he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu! We would be happy to receive his fantastic service next time! Their mimosa flights are my favorites and I always order one, it comes with 4 mimosas, they have many combinations of flavors to choose from & only 14. Their Margaritas are only 6 so hubs had those! We recommend the housemade corned beef hash always a tasty choice! This time I had the citrus cream crullers which were delicious (already ate one before taking the picture), they came with choice of potatoes and applewood bacon or sausage links! Our brunch on Friday really couldn't have been any better!

Johana or “Jo Jo” was amazing! She took good care of my husband and I. It was our first time here and the food, service and drinks were immaculate, from the hostess to being sat at very convenient table due to my husband being on crutches at the moment. The prices were great and portions were big and filling.

I really enjoyed my chicken and waffles with home fries. The food reminded me of when my mom used to cook big breakfast as a kid. The Mimosas was AMAZING!

Great service by Erin F. Food was amazingly delicious. My daughter took me, as I am from California & it was the best breakfast/brunch I've had eating out in a long time. I got a Create your own omelet with shredded hashbtowns that were made to perfection. My daughter got traditional eggs Benedict that were also delicious. She also got the lavender mimosa, I had a sip of that was so yummy. But super impressed with the server Erin & the chef made great food. Thank you so much. This is the place I'll be going to on my visits to my daughter from now on. I know her boyfriend & her love going there too.

Mireya was absolutely the best at customer service that I’ve witnessed in a very long time. Quality service and commitment to her job, is something she doesn’t lack. I was conflicted on what to eat and she quickly provided some of the most requested dishes as well as some of her favorites. I truly enjoyed her upbeat personality, there wasn’t a dull moment when she was near. The food was great, but honestly, I would return just because of Mireya. They have a wide assortment of hot sauces, try them out! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic brunch at the egg bistro, there were so many delicious sounding items to choose from, including the drinks. Definitely a great spot for brunch/lunch.
